I hope you’ve read my reasons why diet soda is bad for you. I had to write about diet soda because a lot of people think drinking diet as opposed to regular soda is healthy, but it’s not. I also hope you know regular soda is bad for you, but here’s just another reason to prove how bad it is.

Is diet soda really bad for you?
It shouldn’t be a mystery that anything you put into your body will affect your health in one way or another. Most people focus on the food they eat, while drinking crap like diet soda and fake juice which can offset the healthy foods you’re eating. But today, I’m going to focus on diet soda, and why you should stop drinking it today.
