New Alzheimer’s drug can restore memory instantly

Doctors are calling for a clinical trial of an experimental drug treatment that it is claimed can reverse the symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease “in minutes”. U.S. researchers say the treatment allowed an 82-year-old sufferer to recognize his wife for the first time in years.

We’ve all heard the saying, every remembers a lie and nobody remembers the truth. You’ve also probably heard things like, we only use 10% of our brain, or turkey makes you tired because of the tryptophan. Lots of scientists have done tons of research in the last century, and we know a lot more now than we did then. What vitamins do health experts take?

According to the Council for Responsible Nutrition, half of all Americans take vitamins or dietary supplements every day, but should we really be taking all these pills every day? If you go into any health food store, you’ll see what seems like a never-ending selection of different vitamins and supplements. But lots of people don’t really know what they need, just what they think they need.
